Incorporating PROX technology and utilising all the existing features of the E-Plex range, the E5700 is the ultimate stand-alone access control unit. The lock will accept standard 26 - 84 Bit format cards, having multiple applications whilst being a very economical and simple solution. The E5700 can extended an existing PROX system that has reached capacity, add access to a door that was to
costly to hard wire or simply be a complete wireless access control system. The Eplex advanced access control software will manage 1000’s of doors and 1000’s of users, being capable of enrolling existing cards from older systems.
Authority Levels
The E-Plex 5700 has 6 authority levels including Master, Manager, Maintenance, User, Service and Visitor Management. Time restricted code options for single access or unlimited access within 1 to 24 hours, ideal for service personnel, meeting rooms and hired space. Visitor Management codes allow access for temporary users for 1 to 365 days. The overall operation mode can be selected
between combination PIN entry, PROX keycard entry, passage and lockout. Passage can be set on or off, or programmed to relock after a specified period. Software
E-Plex Software is available in two forms, the optional E5000 Microsoft Excel™ based software for the E-Plex 5000 and the advanced Access Control Software required for the E-Plex 5200/5700. Both software packages are easy to use with no special knowledge required to operate.
